1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within [1–5 business days] after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Autus Apparel reserves the right to change shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

4. Domestic & International Shipping
Autus Apparel ships within the United States and may offer international shipping depending on availability.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Autus Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Autus Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
7. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
8. Shipping & Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where required by law. Please refer to our Refund Policy for additional details regarding returns and refunds.
