1. General Conditions

By using our site and services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence. Autus Apparel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Autus Apparel reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. Autus Apparel reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit quantities purchased per order.

4. Shipping

Shipping times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Autus Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Refund & Return Policy

Autus Apparel offers refunds under the following conditions:

Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund.
Items must be returned to and received by Autus Apparel before a refund is issued.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all original tags attached.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

No refunds will be accepted after 30 days under any circumstances.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered depending on product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to logos, designs, images, graphics, text, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Autus Apparel. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Autus Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

Autus Apparel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
